1. Refund Request Deadline

  • All refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days from the purchase date.
  • Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Subscriptions

  • Refunds are available only for unused subscription time.
  • If any subscription credits have been used, the refundable amount may be reduced accordingly.

Credit Packages

  • Credit packages are refundable only if no credits have been used.
  • Once credits are used to generate videos or images, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email:

Please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Purchase Receipt

Note: Bonus or promotional credits are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund Review & Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Estimated processing times:

  • Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been used to generate videos or images
  • Subscription fees after the 3-business-day refund window
  • Purchases made more than 6 months ago
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of the Terms of Service
  • Bonus or promotional credits

5. Partial Refunds (Subscriptions Only)

If a subscription has been partially used, the refund amount will be calculated as follows: (Unused subscription time ÷ Total subscription period) × Original payment amount − Value of used credits

Soar2.org reserves the right to determine the value of used credits based on applicable pricing.
